The Noyo Theatre in Willits, a beautiful Streamline Modern architectural treasure, has been lovingly restored and updated over the last 11 years. A First-Run cinema, the 7164 sq ft building has 3 theaters. There are 4 central heating & air units, a concession stand, lobby, ticket booth and manager's office, public bathrooms, upstairs projection and storage rooms, and the neon sign/marquee. Theater #1 seats have electric luxury loungers with beer/wine service. Owners Jeff & Lois have learned nearly everything on the job, but are now at a point where it's time to pass the torch on to a more ambitious owner who can bring enthusiasm and creativity and continue to maintain the building for its intended use as a movie theater.
