Redwood 1 is easily accessible off of Signal Ridge Road and has miles of internal roads and multiple points of ingress and egress. Besides a sustainable timber operation, Redwood could also be a candidate for carbon credit banking though market data seems to point to sustainable harvesting to be the more viable choice. Furthermore, multiple Legal Parcels for conservation easement & TPZ for low tax.
